What is ContentNoob?

ContentNoob does what Content Management Systems (CMS) should be doing in the first place: make managing content easy! We've built a ton of sites over the years, and tried most of the CMSs out there, and none have actually caught our fancy. Why? It takes forever to integrate, you need both designers and developers to make a unique simple site, and our clients are always confused by their cluttered interfaces. We figured, "Why not make one ourselves?" Behold: ContentNoob! ContentNoob is a CMS for noobs (newbies). It doesn't try to do everything. It just does what it's supposed to do, and does it well.

Why did we build ContentNoob?

Because we're sick and tired of PyroCMS, WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. We're also tired of having to tell our clients their simple website will cost a lot if they want to be able to manage their content, and that we'd need a lot of time hours to integrate a custom template into another CMS. We're also tired of seeing cookie-cutter websites that are based on templates. There is a better solution, and we've built it!

Why would I want to use ContentNoob?

Because it's simple. It's so easy to use! You don't need training or manuals to use it, and you can have even non-techie people manage your website.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the amount of traffic and number of pages your site will have. If we're creating the design of your site, you'll just need to pay for design hours and ContentNoob hosting. If you have a design already, then you just need to pay for ContentNoob, which is a very low subscription fee!

Are there templates I can choose from? What about the website design?

We can build a custom design specifically for your business from scratch! We don't take templates, change a few colors and graphics and then call it yours. We actually create a design for you from the ground up. That way you don't end up having a website that looks like a thousand other websites. Because integrating designs (xhtml, CSS) into ContentNoob takes only a few minutes, you don't have to pay for hours of developer time. This cuts down costs for you! If you already have an existing website that is not yet linked to a CMS, we can integrate into it. That would allow you to turn your old static site built on XHTML/CSS into a dynamic site.

Why a subscription?

Because this way, we can help small- to medium-sized businesses. Rather than require a huge initial cost, then pay another a couple of years later when a new version comes out, we think it's better to just charge a much smaller monthly fee and offer upgrades and code maintenance for free! Every time there is a new feature, you get it at no extra cost. And when you decide that you're done with ContentNoob, you can cancel anytime! No lock-ins or termination fees.

What about web hosting?

We can take care of that for you. A hosting service is already included in your monthly fee. If you already have a hosting provider, no problem! We'll integrate ContentNoob into your server and lower your monthly rate.
